BASIC EDUCATION IN ASIMETRIC CONTEXTS IN BRAZIL FROM 2010 TO 2020: : politics and management as an object of postgraduate research

Resumo: | The article deepens the relationship between basic education and postgraduate studies in education, due to the common prospect of contributing to the improvement of basic education, and because it is little referenced. Its objective is to reveal the themes that constitute the object of study of graduate education in education when dealing with policies and management for basic education in a recent period, specifically between 2010 and 2020. This last decade was marked by intense debates and disputes around educational policies. The discussions around the National Education Plan and the multiple issues surrounding its implementation stand out. The survey and analysis of scientific production allow us to capture some of these movements, allowing us to place the production of a graduate program in the broader context of the area of education policy and management. For this purpose, the PPPGEdu/UFGD is chosen as a case of study, representative of the policies that make up the basic education-postgraduate focus. 65 productions were raised, being 60 Master's Dissertations and 5 Doctoral Theses in the Research Line “Policies and Management of Basic Education”. It was possible to observe a set of challenges for educational research, from the perspective of policy and management, at the international, national and local level, with the notification of problems still present in basic education, the focus of educational research in these spaces of asymmetric synthesis, being able to illuminate the decision processes for the improvement, still necessary, of basic education for all Brazilian regions. |

Tiene como objetivo revelar los temas que se constituyen como objeto de estudio de la posgraduación en educación al tratar de las políticas y de la gestión para la educación básica en periodo reciente, específicamente entre 2010 y 2020. Esta última década fue marcada por intensos debates y disputas en torno de las políticas educacionales. Se destacan las discusiones en torno al Plano Nacional de Educación y las múltiples cuestiones que envuelven su efectuación. El levantamiento y el análisis de la producción científica permiten captar algunos de esos movimientos, permitiendo situar la producción de un programa de posgraduación en el contexto más amplio del área de la política y gestión de la educación. Para este fin, se elige el PPPGEdu/UFGD como un estudio de caso, representativo de las políticas constitutivas de la focalización en la educación básica-posgraduación. Fueron levantadas 65 producciones, siendo 60 trabajos de maestría y 5 tesis de Doctorados en la línea de investigación “Políticas y Gestión de la Educación Básica”. Fue posible constatar un conjunto de desafíos para la pesquisa educacional, em la perspectiva de la política y de la gestión, en lo internacional, nacional y local, con la notificación de las problemáticas, todavía, presentes en la educación básica, foco de las pesquisas educacionales en esos espacios de síntesis asimétrica, pudiendo iluminar los procesos de decisión para la mejora, todavía necesaria, de la educación básica para todas las regiones brasileras.O artigo aprofunda a relação entre a educação básica e a pós-graduação em educação, em virtude da prospecção comum em contribuir com a melhoria da educação básica e, ainda, por ser pouco referenciada.
