Resumo: Promoting critical Environmental Education in favor of the formation of consciousness and sensitivity about environmental impacts is an essential school purpose. This work presents a set of Environmental Education activities that aim to contribute to this objective, reporting the elaboration and evaluation of an interpretive trail in a forest area in the Amazon region, carried out with a group of students from a school in a coastal municipality in the region. northeast of Pará. Questionnaires, library activities, use of the internet via cell phone, use of equipment to assess the environment, seminars and debates in the classroom were used before, during and after the excursion to the trail, making up the sequence teaching. During the activities, it was possible to notice greater interest and sensitization of students who, throughout the different educational tasks proposed, had the opportunity to reflect on better waste production and disposal habits, especially on the role of each citizen in relation to environmental situation of the neighborhood around the school and the city where they live.

Este trabajo presenta un conjunto de actividades de Educación Ambiental para contribuir con tal objetivo, reportando la elaboración y evaluación de un rastro interpretativo en un área forestal de la región amazónica, realizado con un grupo de estudiantes de una escuela pública en un municipio costero. en la región noreste de Pará. Se utilizaron cuestionarios, actividades de biblioteca, uso de internet vía celular, uso de equipos para medir la temperatura ambiente, seminarios y debates en el aula antes, durante y después de la excursión al rastro. Durante la realización de las actividades, se pudo notar un mayor interés y concienciación de los estudiantes que, a lo largo de la realización de las diferentes tareas educativas propuestas, tuvieron la oportunidad de reflexionar sobre mejores hábitos de producción y disposición de residuos, especialmente en la papel de cada ciudadano frente a la situación ambiental del barrio en torno a la escuela y la ciudad donde vive.Promover uma Educação Ambiental crítica em prol da formação de cidadãos conscientes e sensíveis aos impactos ambientais é um propósito escolar imprescindível. Este trabalho apresenta um conjunto de atividades de Educação Ambiental que visa contribuir com tal objetivo, relatando a elaboração e avaliação de uma trilha interpretativa em uma área florestal da região amazônica, realizada com um grupo de alunos de uma escola pública de um município litorâneo da região nordeste do Pará. Questionários, atividades na biblioteca, utilização da internet por meio de celular, uso de equipamentos para aferição de temperatura ambiente,  seminários e debates em sala de aula foram utilizados antes, durante e após  a incursão à uma trilha de mata local, compondo a sequência de ensino.
