bases launched by the Escola Sem Partido (non-partisan school) program, with emphasis on some of the main Law Projects that sought to include the prerogatives initially defended by the movement to laws and policies for education in Brazil. In these terms, a set consisting of three projects presented at the National Congress between the years 2014 and 2016, PL nº 7180/2016, PL nº 867/2015 and PL nº 193/2016, in addition to a mention to PL nº258/2019, was considered for analysis.  After defining our sample set, we proceeded with the investigation of legal texts in their entirety, submitting the data based on a bibliographic matrix supported by the main axes of the historical and dialectical materialism of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. As a result, we observe that the projects are tacit in the fight against what they define as a leftist and Marxist indoctrination in schools throughout Brazil. We advocate, however, that, when producing a discourse on education, the authors of the PLs and their defenders disqualify the subjects and educational actors by nurturing the ideas of the dominant classes and leaders, producing precisely what they so vehemently claim to face. This is, in fact, ideological indoctrination.
