GENDER DIVERSITY: THE DECONSTRUCTION OF SOCIAL BEHAVIORAL BARRIERS IN SEARCH OF THE FACING OF BULLYING IN THE SCHOOL CONTEXT

Resumo: | Informing, demystifying concepts, breaking taboos and fighting prejudices, are socially responsible practices of an entire society, but above all of the school, which, due to its welcoming, influential and reflective characteristics, undeniably promotes meetings and discussions of the most varied human groups and characterizations. In its regular daily context, the school covers in its daily life, socio-behavioral, emotional, ethnic-racial, economic, gender and sexuality aspects and, therefore, the adoption of postures to combat prejudice and to value inclusion of diversity in its varied dimensions, they show themselves to be increasingly relevant and urgent, meeting demands for the search for equality rights and opportunities, which are so sought after in our current society. Thinking about contributing, identifying and recognizing pedagogical behaviors that promote the expansion and awareness of sexual and gender diversity, we seek to demonstrate, through bibliographic research, that the school can be a promoter to face prejudice and bullying, capable of break through historically constructed socio-behavioral barriers. |

En su contexto cotidiano habitual, la escuela cubre en su vida cotidiana aspectos socioconductuales, emocionales, étnico-raciales, económicos, de género y sexualidad y, por tanto, la adopción de posturas para combatir los prejuicios y valorar la inclusión. de la diversidad en sus variadas dimensiones, se muestran cada vez más relevantes y urgentes, respondiendo a demandas de búsqueda de la igualdad de derechos y oportunidades, tan buscadas en nuestra sociedad actual. Pensando en contribuir, identificar y reconocer conductas pedagógicas que promuevan la expansión y conciencia de la diversidad sexual y de género, buscamos demostrar, a través de la investigación bibliográfica, que la escuela puede ser una promotora para enfrentar los prejuicios y el bullying, capaz de romper barreras socio-conductuales construidas históricamente.Informar, desmistificar conceitos, quebrar tabus e combater preconceitos, são práticas de responsabilidade social de toda uma sociedade, mas sobretudo da escola, que por sua característica acolhedora, influenciadora e reflexiva, inegavelmente promove encontros e discussões dos mais variados núcleos e caracterizações humanas. Em seu contexto cotidiano regular, a escola abrange em seu dia a dia, aspectos sócio comportamentais, emocionais, étnicos-raciais, econômicos, de gênero e de sexualidade e, portanto, a adoção de posturas de combate ao preconceito e de valorização da inclusão da diversidade em suas variadas dimensões, mostram-se cada vez mais relevantes e urgentes, indo ao encontro de demandas pela busca por direitos de igualdade e oportunidades, anseios esses, tão buscados em nossa sociedade atual.
