Political actions and collaboration regime in favor of the bncc: The so-called interfederative pact

Resumo: In this text, we focus specifically on discussing the political movements on the definition of the new curricular standards known as the Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) generated since the MEC made public the national debate on the Basic Education curriculum. We therefore dedicate ourselves to understanding the strategies in the collaboration regime in the face of the normative character of the document and interpreting the divergences of positions, as well as understanding the meaning of the action that involves the collaboration regime present in the interfederative pact. Our argument is that the discourse of collective participation tried to legitimize the normativity of the document and that decision-making privileges the participation of specialists and members of the private sectors. Therefore, we suggest, in the text, as a basis for a post-foundational study reference that, since the production process of the BNCC there is a movement that aims to articulate subjects, institutions and the multiplicity of thoughts about the production of the curricular field, marked by the power relations and tensions between social demands, intentions and/or political agreements.

Nos dedicamos por tanto a comprender las estrategias en el régimen de colaboración frente al carácter normativo del documento e interpretar las divergencias de posiciones, así como a comprender el sentido de la acción que implica el régimen de colaboración presente en el pacto interfederativo. Nuestro argumento es que el discurso de la participación colectiva trató de legitimar la normatividad del documento y que la toma de decisiones privilegia la participación de especialistas y miembros del sector privado. Por lo tanto, sugerimos, en el texto, como base para una referencia de estudio posfundacional que, desde el proceso de producción de la BNCC, ha habido un movimiento que tiene como objetivo articular sujetos, instituciones y la multiplicidad de pensamientos sobre la producción del currículo. campo, marcado por las relaciones de poder y las tensiones entre demandas sociales, intenciones y/o acuerdos políticos.Neste texto, focamos, especificamente, em discutir os movimentos políticos sobre a definição de Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) gerada desde que o MEC tornou público o debate nacional sobre o currículo da Educação Básica. Dedicamo-nos, assim, a entender as estratégias no regime de colaboração diante do caráter normativo do documento e interpretar as divergências de posicionamentos, assim como compreender o significado da ação que envolve o regime de colaboração presente no pacto interfederativo. Nosso argumento é o de que o discurso de participação coletiva tratou de legitimar a normatividade do documento e que as tomadas de decisões privilegiam a participação de especialistas e membros dos setores privados.
