Resumo: This work aimed to comprehend in Brazilian literature how the existential phenomenological clinic understands and attends to childhoods and teenagers. Therefore, a systematic literature review was accomplished in the Scielo, Bvs-Psi and Pepsic databases The research focus in academic articles published between 2000 and 2020. Twelve articles were selected for further analysis. The articles provided a look at childhood without delimiting the periods, the a priori markers, considering that children and adolescents are always in relation to their context. With regard to care, mediation, the phenomenological method and play therapy were appointed as therapeutic resources. The results point to the need for more publications on the subject, mainly related to the adolescent audience in which only two articles were found, as well as the possibility of conducting empirical studies.

Por ello, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica sistemática en las bases de datos Scielo, Bvs-Psi y Pepsic, buscando artículos académicos publicados entre 2000 y 2020. Se seleccionaron doce artículos para su posterior análisis. Los artículos trajeron una mirada a la infancia sin delimitar períodos, los marcadores a priori, considerando que los niños y adolescentes siempre están en relación con su contexto. En cuanto al cuidado, la mediación, el método fenomenológico y la terapia lúdica fueron designados como recursos terapéuticos. Los resultados apuntan a la necesidad de más publicaciones sobre el tema, principalmente relacionadas con los adolescentes en la que solo se encontraron dos artículos, así como la posibilidad de realizar estudios empíricos.Este trabalho teve como objetivo compreender na literatura brasileira como a clínica fenomenológica existencial entende e atende a infância e adolescência. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão de literatura sistemática nas bases de dados Scielo, Bvs- Psi e Pepsic, buscando artigos acadêmicos publicados entre 2000 e 2020. Foram selecionados 12 artigos para posterior análise. Os artigos trouxeram uma visão de infância sem uma delimitação de períodos os marcadores a priori, considerando que a criança e adolescente está sempre em relação com seu contexto. No que tange o atendimento foram encontrados como recursos terapêuticos a mediação, o método fenomenológico e a ludoterapia.
