As of 2019, more precisely on December 31, 2019, the World Health Organization (WHO) has been alerted to several cases of pneumonia in wuhan city, Hubei province, people's republic of China. On March 11, 2020, due to the expansion of COVID-19 disease worldwide rapidly, a pandemic was decreed by who. And consequently there was the need for changes that involved a whole spatial dynamics of movement of people in the world.
