This present text presents reflective accounts of the experiences and observations realized at the Public School Antonia Girlande, about the problematic of teacher student relationship in the teaching and learning process in the initial years, more specifically in the classroom of the 3rd grade of elementary school of that institution. The text presents the reality that is in today's school as well as the relationship between teacher and student in the classroom, as well as talk about some moment of difficulty that the teacher finds in the teaching profession, inside the classroom, to develop its teaching practice, so that the teacher can call the attention of the student and produce a satisfactory learning. We have as purpose to understand this problem and point ideas and suggestions that will change this distance relationship that exists within the classroom between students and teachers. Therefore it is necessary that the teacher searches to develop more dynamic and attractive classes, offering for the student lessons with dialogues and innovative methods such as different activities, that they include themselves and produce knowledge. Focusing for both a friendship, partnership and companionship, which it won`t be limited only to the classroom, but a partnership that allows the student to be with the teacher whenever he needs.
