Vivência do lazer nas aulas de Educação Física Escolar: uma possibilidade de autoformação humana

Resumo: The main objective of this work was to discuss the importance of the leisure experience as a possibility for human self - formation through the curricular component of Physical Education. And as specific objectives: to identify leisure as a possibility of acting and living in the discipline of Physical School Education; to emphasize the importance that the curriculum component of Physical Education has in the construction of a teaching proposal based on an education for and by the leisure, as a way for a legacy for the students' becoming and their relations with their own corporeity. We adopted as a methodology, within a qualitative character, the bibliographical research, based on the collection of data from books, theses, dissertations, scientific articles, among others, using contributions of several authors on the researched subject, taking into account view was a study of initial character, since we seek to build a foundation with a theoretical contribution, aiming at later developments at the postgraduate level. The chapters were distributed as follows: first steps; leisure: from uselessness to building learning for life; interweaving interests: relations between physical education and leisure and when the day does not seem to end. We find in this study that human self-formation in leisure is based on the experience lived in the leisure itself, since it is not a process inherited but rather a learning process built in relation to the other and to the world. In this way, subjects have the opportunity to choose the leisure necessary for their training, enjoying in a critical, creative and conscious way, demystifying the idea that having leisure at the disposal does not improve the quality of life, at least, based on the perspectives previously mentioned. The advances that this research brings to society is its concern with social responsibility, because it bets on the transformation of the quality of training, based on a society founded on the construction of new conduits, creative, supportive, respectful, cooperative, among others, activated by an education that walks in a more sensitive, playful, participative bias. Therefore, we consider the importance that the curriculum component of Physical Education has in this process, considering its intimate relationship with leisure and that through the problematizations and dialogues, make us see that it is not just fun or rest in its meaning utilitarian, but also as a possibility for personal and social development.

E como objetivos específicos: identificar o lazer como possibilidade de atuação e vivência na disciplina de Educação Física Escolar; enfatizar a importância que o componente curricular da Educação Física tem na construção de uma proposta de ensino pautada numa educação para e pelo lazer, como caminho para um legado para o devir dos alunos e suas relações com a própria corporeidade. Adotamos como metodologia, dentro de um caráter qualitativo, a pesquisa bibliográfica, com base na coleta de dados a partir de livros, teses, dissertações, artigos científicos, dentre outros, utilizando-se de contribuições de diversos autores sobre a temática pesquisada, tendo em vista ter sido um estudo de caráter inicial, pois buscamos construir um alicerce com um aporte teórico, visando desdobramentos posteriores em nível de pós-graduação. Os capítulos ficaram distribuídos da seguinte forma: primeiros passos; lazer: da inutilidade a construção de aprendizagens para a vida; entrelaçando interesses: relações entre educação física e lazer e quando o dia não parece ter fim. Constatamos neste estudo, que autoformação humana no lazer se dá a partir da experiência vivida no próprio lazer, pois não se constitui como um processo herdado e sim de aprendizagens construídas na relação com o outro e o com o mundo. Deste modo, os sujeitos têm a oportunidade de eleger qual o lazer necessário a sua formação, desfrutando de maneira crítica, criativa e consciente, desmistificando a concepção de que ter lazer à disposição não melhora a qualidade de vida, ao menos, que saibamos acessá-lo a partir das perspectivas anteriormente apontadas. Os avanços que essa pesquisa traz para a sociedade é a sua preocupação com a responsabilidade social, pois aposta na transformação da qualidade da formação, com base numa sociedade fundada na construção de novas condutas, criativa, solidária, respeitosa, cooperativa, dentre outros, ativadas por uma educação que caminha em um viés mais sensível, lúdico, participativo.
