Resumo: The present work was developed from my experience as a teacher at Parnamirim / RN, whose aim is to discuss the importance of Education in Human Values for the formation of the integral being. The institution seeks to promote a system of educational competence based on a set of values, behaviors and principles that enable an education for harmonious coexistence between human beings and those with themselves, the environment and nature. The systematization of experience proposes a reflexive reconstitution of procedures, results and perceptions that seek to find in each particular situation the qualitative of reality from a critical interpretation of the experience in order to understand its real meaning. The implementation of the Easter Solidarity project took place in a level 4 kindergarten class (children aged 4 and 5). It aimed to contribute to the reflection of attitudes of care and protection of the animals of our surroundings, allowing children objective conditions to evaluate and understand the situations in which they live and implement them to make good choices. The methodology used is anchored in the five basic techniques, based on the education program in human values, developed by the Indian educator Sathya Sai Baba, in the Systemic Pedagogy, idealized by the German professor Bert Hellinger, in the socio-interactionist theory of Lev Vygotsky and in the learning Significant and dialogical approach proposed by Paulo Freire. The results show the advances in the development of new experiences and abilities, showing the practical usefulness of knowledge, expanding in children the spectrum of their consciousness, strengthening the bases of language and understanding from the point of view of the different levels and dimensions of the phenomenon Education that makes up the formation of the holistic and integral being.

A instituição busca promover um sistema de competência educacional de formação a partir de um conjunto de valores, comportamentos e princípios que possibilitem uma educação para o conviver harmonioso entre os seres humanos e destes consigo mesmos, com o meio e com a natureza. A sistematização da experiência propõe a reconstituição reflexiva de procedimentos, resultados e percepções que busquem encontrar em cada situação particular o qualitativo da realidade a partir de uma interpretação crítica da experiência com o intuito de compreender seu real sentido. A execução do projeto Páscoa Solidária aconteceu em uma turma de Educação Infantil do nível 4 (crianças com 4 e 5 anos). Teve como objetivo contribuir com a reflexão de atitudes de cuidado e proteção dos animais do nosso entorno, possibilitando às crianças condições objetivas para avaliar e compreender as situações em que vivem e instrumentá-las para fazer boas escolhas. A metodologia utilizada ancora-se nas cinco técnicas básicas, a partir do programa de educação em valores humanos, desenvolvido pelo educador indiano Sathya Sai Baba, na Pedagogia sistêmica, idealizada pelo professor alemão Bert Hellinger, na teoria sócio interacionista de Lev Vygotsky e na aprendizagem significativa e dialógica proposta por Paulo Freire.
