Aprendizagens no cárcere: aproximações entre mulheres aprisionadas, funcionárias e agentes em um curso superior

Resumo: This article aims to approach the formation experience at university education lived by women deprived of their liberty, employees and agents at the Madre Pelletier Women's Prison (PFMP). The study based on theoretical-empirical methodology, takes as reference the contributions of Boaventura de Souza Santos, and authors from the education field that allow reflecting on prisonal education. The analysis material was based on records made in a field diary, and interviews with prisoner women, employees and prison guard who became classmates. The analysis focuses on the learning evoked by the experience lived by this group. The results show the inclusion process of women in prison in university education, in particular, the relationship between them, the employees and prison guards who studied together during the graduation process in Social Service, inside the mentioned prison. This process is marked by learning that reflects relationships of otherness, even in the middle of tensions lived in the educational space in prison. It is concluded by the studied experience that the formation process of women at university education, in the context of jail, presents significant contributions both to the prisoners and to the greater humanization of the other employees and agents involved in the educational experience.

O estudo realizado a partir de metodologia teórico-empírica, toma como referência as contribuições de Boaventura de Souza Santos, e autores do campo da educação que permitem refletir sobre a educação prisional. O material de análise baseou-se em registros feitos em diário de campo, e entrevistas com as mulheres presas, funcionárias e agente penitenciário que se tornaram colegas de turma. A análise concentra-se nas aprendizagens evocadas na experiência vivida por esse grupo. Os resultados mostram o processo de inclusão de mulheres apenadas no ensino superior, em especial, a relação entre elas, os funcionários e agentes penitenciários que estudaram juntos durante o processo de graduação em Serviço Social, dentro do referido presídio. Esse processo é marcado por aprendizagens que refletem relações de alteridade, mesmo em meio a tensões vividas do espaço educativo na prisão.
