Gênero crônica em sala de aula : análise dos mecanismos enunciativos na promoção de uma competência textual-discursiva

In this thesis, we investigate reading strategies of the gender 'Chronicle', based on the theoretical and methodological support of Socio-Discursive Interactionism (SDI). The focus of analysis are the enunciative mechanisms used by the chronicler (exhibitor-narrator) in order to promote reflection on the facts of everyday life and the discursive worlds behaviors. In proposing a study of enunciative mechanisms, linguistic-discursive forms, responsible for pragmatic coherence of the text, are assessed. Thus, the study of voices and modalizations proposes the analysis of which instances are pronouncing in the text, assuming what is stated, taking in consideration the way how are assigned opinions, ideas, judgments and feelings to the agents. To support the reflections made throughout the work, it was taken, as central base, the studies of Bronckart (1999) and Machado (2009), constructing the analysis of texts and sociointeractional frame; Bakhtin’s (2003), Marcuschi’s (2002) and Dolz and Schneuwly’s (2004) theories, which underlie the issue of gender; the studies of Habermas (1987) and Koch (2002), basing the topics related to enunciative mechanisms and Ferreira (2008), helping in the conceptualization of the gender 'Chronicle'. From this study, some analyzes were made in five chronicles, three from Luis Fernando Verissimo, one from Mario Prata and one from Carlos Eduardo Novaes. As a result of the analysis, it was produced a pedagogical notebook containing activities of reading and textual interpretation of the genre 'Chronicle', which was applied to a class of 8th grade of elementary school in a public school in the city of Aracaju/SE. This is a case study and the nature of the data evaluation is qualitative. After the implementation of the activities, it was found that the understanding of voices and modalizations in the text favors a better textual interpretation and thus helps in the development of a more critical reader.
