Resumo: | This dissertation is the result of my concerns that are initially formed during the graduation in Tourism at UFAL Penedo. Since in that context my ethnic identity, which for years was silenced, begins to emerge from my insertion in university extension activities. Following this context, the objective of this research seeks to analyze the curricula of the Licentiate in Biology and Bachelor of Tourism courses at the Federal University of Alagoas – Penedo-AL Unit. Observing whether or not they include issues related to Quilombo communities, their subjects, their identities, their culture and their traditions. And for this to be possible, I intend, in a more specific way, to analyze the documents/curricula of the graduations of the Federal University of Alagoas – Penedo-AL Unit, mainly the Pedagogical Course Plans (PPCs) implemented in this unit; to investigate how many and which quilombola students are currently studying at UFAL/Penedo and to make visits to the two quilombola communities of Penedo (Oitero and Tabuleiro dos Negros) to learn about the identities, cultures, knowledge and traditions that still remain alive in these places. As a methodological resource, the research is configured under a qualitative character. In this perspective, we will adopt the instruments of bibliographic study, documental research and Systematic Literature Review. , for the conceptual understanding of the theme. And for data collection, in order to listen to the subjects' narratives, we will use the semi-structured interview with the adoption of some oral history tools and for the interpretation of these data, the hermeneutics method will be used. The research is organized into chapters and in the first session we will address the introductory concepts and the motivators for the construction of the field. ethnic-racial. Later we will deal with a characterization of the field and the subjects of this research. Finally, in the last section, the data obtained will be treated in the light of an interpretation of these narratives divided into dimensions and categories, namely: Curriculum references for Tourism and Biological Sciences courses; Students' narratives and Approach to research or extension projects on the ethnic-racial theme. Inferring that the university worked in a way in which the subjects feel contemplated by the actions to promote their identity offered by the institution present in the course plans. |

Inferring that the university worked in a way in which the subjects feel contemplated by the actions to promote their identity offered by the institution present in the course plans.Essa dissertação objetivou analisar os currículos dos cursos de Licenciatura em Biologia e bacharelado em Turismo, da Universidade Federal de Alagoas – Unidade Penedo-AL, observando se os mesmos contemplam ou não questões referentes às comunidades quilombolas, seus sujeitos, suas identidades, sua cultura e suas tradições. A investigação realizada, é fruto de inquietações que se formam inicialmente na graduação em Turismo da UFAL Penedo, pois foi naquele contexto que a identidade étnica, que por anos foi silenciada, começa a despontar, a partir da inserção em atividades extensionistas da universidade. Ainda propõe-se, de maneira mais específica, analisar os documentos/currículos das graduações da Universidade Federal de Alagoas – Unidade Penedo-AL, principalmente os Planos Pedagógicos de cursos (PPCs) implementados nesta unidade; identificar quantos e quais são os estudantes quilombolas que estudam atualmente na UFAL/Penedo e realizar visitas às duas comunidades quilombolas de Penedo (Oitero e Tabuleiro dos Negros) para conhecer as identidades, culturas, saberes e tradições que ainda permanecem vivas nesses locais. Como recurso metodológico, a pesquisa se configura em um estudo de caso de caráter qualitativo. Nessa perspectiva, procede-se pelo estudo bibliográfico, pesquisa documental e Revisão Sistemática de Literatura, para a compreensão conceitual da temática. Para o levantamento de dados, intencionamos ouvir as narrativas dos sujeitos, através de entrevistas semiestruturadas, com a adoção de algumas ferramentas da história oral e para a análise desses dados nos ancoramos na teoria da interpretação. A pesquisa está organizada em seções e na primeira, abordamos os conceitos introdutórios e motivadores para a construção do campo. Na seção seguinte, nos dedicamos a discussão dos aspectos de formação curricular e como se articulam essas conexões com o viés étnico-racial. Posteriormente, tratamos de uma caracterização do campo e dos sujeitos dessa pesquisa. Por fim, na última seção foram analisados os dados obtidos sob a luz de uma interpretação dessas narrativas divididas em dimensões e categorias sendo elas: Referenciais Curriculares dos cursos de Turismo e Ciências Biológicas; Narrativas dos Estudantes e Abordagem dos projetos de pesquisa ou extensão sobre a temática étnico-racial.
