Resumo: Article of sociology of law that identifies relations of subordination and complementarity between hermeneutic of conflicts - primary object of the study of law (facts in the form of conflicts between the parties) - and legal dogmatic - its subordinate object -, concluding that is the priority of the hermeneutic of the conflicts in relation to legal dogmatic (application of normative treatments) that qualifies the positive law as applied social science.
