Resumo: The purpose of this article is to make considerations about the interactive digital book for children, based on the notions and reflections brought by some theorists studying language, technology and cyberculture, such as Pierre Lévy (1993), George Steiner (1988) and Henry Jenkins (2009). It addresses the relevance of this contemporary phenomenon - interactive digital literature - as a theme for the current critique; some market data; the diverse materiality of these productions, their individualizing character and their peculiar relation with time; as well as the need for reflection on what has been produced in this field.
