The pedagogical practice of physical education teachers: challenges for continuing formation

Resumo: The main goal of this investigation was to understand that the challenges of the pedagogical practice of physical education teachers can be constituted in continuing education proposals and actions starting from the analysis of considerations about the reality emerged from school context. A semi-structured interview was used for data collection and thematic analysis for interpretation. This action unfolds considerations pointing out that PP is a fertile ground to subsidize continuing education actions, highlighting the need to consider working conditions, the specificities of school physical education, the reasoning and discussion around the objectives, planning and methodologies for pedagogical interventions, a process to be enhanced by collaborative formation actions among peers, observing the periodicity and articulation, systematizing programs considering and listening to the needs of teachers, a process that qualifies and enhances these moments, contributing to reframe the pedagogical practice itself and the teaching-learning process

Utilizamos la entrevista semiestructurada para compilar datos y análisis temáticos para su interpretación. Esta acción despliega consideraciones que consideran que el PP es un terreno fértil para apoyar las acciones de educación continua, destacando la necesidad de considerar las condiciones de trabajo, los detalles de la educación física escolar, el razonamiento y la discusión sobre objetivos, planificación y metodologías para intervenciones pedagógicas, un proceso que se mejorará através de acciones de capacitación colaborativa entre pares, observando la periodicidad y la articulación, sistematizando los programas considerando y escuchando las necesidades de los docentes, un proceso que califica y mejora estos momentos contribuyendo a resignificar su práctica, aprendizaje y el proceso de enseño-aprendizaje.O objetivo desta investigação foi compreender como os desafios da prática pedagógica de professores de Educação Física (EF) podem se constituir em subsídios para ações de formação continuada. A pesquisa se caracterizou como sendo de natureza descritiva, realizada com uma abordagem qualitativa. A investigação contou com a participação de oito professores de EF vinculados à Secretaria de Estado da Educação (SED) do Estado de Santa Catarina. O instrumento utilizado foi a entrevista semiestruturada e utilizamos a análise temática para o trato com as informações obtidas.
