Resumo: This text intends to present an experience of collaborative formation developed with teachers of Physical Education working with Childhood Education in the public municipal schools of Cuiabá/MT, having as orientation the collaborative reflexive work, in the perspective of action-research. The proposal was developed for ten months in fifteen meetings, in which participated seventy-four teachers of Physical Education working in the Childhood Education in the Municipal Centers of Childhood Education (hereby CMEI’s), Emergency Centers of Childhood Education (hereby CEEI’s), Schools of Childhood Education and Municipal Schools of the Basic Education. The teachers evaluated the continuing formation developed pointing the difficulties encountered in the pedagogical practices, from the groups of work created during the formations, being able to solve some difficulties and doubts through exchange of experiences. The teachers could better understand the documents and references that permeate the teaching in Childhood Education, organizing the pedagogical spaces and times, in the planning developed throughout the meetings.

La propuesta fue desarrollada por diez meses en quince encuentros, de los cuales participarán setenta y cuatro profesores de Educación Física actuantes en la Educación Infantil en los Centros Municipales de Educación Infantil (CMEI’s), Centros de Emergencias de Educación Infantil (CEEI’s), Escuelas de Educación Infantil y Escuelas Municipales de Educación Básica. Los profesores evaluaron la formación continuada desarrollada apuntando las dificultades encontradas en la práctica pedagógica, a partir de grupos de trabajo creados durante la formación, consiguiendo solucionar algunas dificultades y dudas por intermedio de la troca de experiencias. Los profesores pudieran entender mejor los documentos y referenciales que permean la enseñanza en la Educación Infantil, organizando los espacios y tiempos pedagógicos, en los planeamientos desarrollados durante los encuentros.Este texto pretende apresentar uma experiência de formação colaborativa desenvolvida com professores de Educação Física atuantes na Educação Infantil da rede pública municipal de Cuiabá/MT, tendo como orientação o trabalho colaborativo reflexivo, na perspectiva da investigação-ação. A proposta foi desenvolvida por dez meses em quinze encontros, dos quais participaram setenta e quatro professores de Educação Física atuantes na Educação Infantil nos Centros Municipais de Educação Infantil (CMEI’s), Centros Emergenciais de Educação Infantil (CEEI’s), Escolas de Educação Infantil e Escolas Municipais de Educação Básica. Os professores avaliaram a formação continuada desenvolvida apontando as dificuldades encontradas na prática pedagógica, a partir dos grupos de trabalho criados durante a formação, conseguindo sanar algumas dificuldades e dúvidas por intermédio da troca de experiências.
