Resumo: Objective: to report our experience of the workshops "Orality and Strategic Communication" developed with the students of undergraduate Nursingcourse at Federal University of São João Del Rei. Addressing to the importance of promoting a better academic performance of students regarding skills of oral communication according Portuguese grammar rules. Methods: it is an experience report conducted by the students of the Tutorial Education Program. Results: workshops were used in the filming which allowed a selfassessment by the student participant and the monitoring of their learning. Conclusion: the workshop facilitated the rescue of students content grammatically and improvement of strategic communication. It also allowed the students gain knowledge about mental health, which is used as transverse axis connecting all the content of the workshops, aiming to maintain a connection between the professional practice in nursing and mental illness

Frente a la importancia de promover un mejor rendimiento académico de los estudiantes en las habilidades de comunicación oral en conformidad con las reglas de la gramática del idioma portugués. Métodos: se trata de un relato de experiencia llevada a cabo por los estudiantes del Programa de Educación Tutorial. Resultados: en los talleres utilizaron rodajes que permitió una auto-evaluación por parte del estudiante participante y el seguimiento de su aprendizaje. Conclusión: El taller facilitó el rescate de los estudiantes el contenido gramatical y la mejora de la comunicación estratégica. También permitió a los estudiantes adquirir conocimientos sobre la salud mental, que se utilizó como eje transversal de conexión de todo el contenido de los talleres, con el objetivo de mantener una conexión entre la práctica profesional en enfermería y la enfermedad mental.Objetivo: relatar a experiência das oficinas de “Oralidade e Comunicação Estratégica” desenvolvidas com os alunos do curso de graduação em enfermagem na Universidade Federal de São João Del Rei, abordando a importância de se promover o melhor desempenho acadêmico destes alunos nas habilidades da comunicação oral em consonância com as normas gramaticais da língua portuguesa. Métodos: trata-se de um relato de experiência realizado pelas alunas bolsistas do Programa de Educação Tutorial. Resultados: nas oficinas foram utilizadas filmagens às quais permitiram uma autoavaliação pelo aluno participante e o acompanhamento do seu aprendizado. Considerações finais: as oficinas facilitaram aos alunos o resgate do conteúdo gramatical e o aperfeiçoamento da comunicação estratégica.
