Resumo: | This study circumscribes a reflection on the concept proposed by the National Common Curricular Base – BNCC with regard to Integrated Arts based on the perceptions of Visual Arts and Music Undergraduates in the Distance Education – EaD and blended distance education modality of a Municipal University and Teachers of Art from a Municipal Education Network, both located in the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraíba and Litoral Norte – SP. This article originated from an extract from a dissertation that researched the context and concerns of the versatility of artistic languages in the teaching of Art and from the problematization of a thesis that aims to investigate the systematization path of Integrated Arts as a thematic unit based on references from basic education teachers and exponents of Art Education in Brazil. The research methodology was qualitative in nature, based on official BNCC records and bibliographic references and is complemented by field research to collect the perception of Visual Arts and Music graduates and Art teachers on the interpretation of Integrated Arts by through a questionnaire. The qualitative analysis of the information took place using graphics generated by the Google Forms platform and Excel software, as well as word clouds produced by the Jason Davies website. The reflection revealed that the participants conceive of Integrated Arts as an abstraction, just like the BNCC itself. |

The reflection revealed that the participants conceive of Integrated Arts as an abstraction, just like the BNCC itself.
