Inclusive Education and Special Education in the inclusive perspective: rethinking Another Education

Resumo: | Inclusive Education and Special Education in the inclusive perspective raise the appreciation of differences and diversity in the educational field, recognizing the histories, identities and cultures of individuals and groups that have historically been secondary, with a view to a more just and equitable society. In this sense, the article aims to promote awareness of the importance of both for the construction of democratic and inclusive pedagogical practices, materialized in the school curriculum. This is a qualitative research, of the bibliographic type, with theoretical support in Freire (2011, 2015), Mazzotta (2010), Mantoan (2003, 2007, 2011), in educational legislation (BRASIL, 2008, 2009, 2015), among others. Inclusive Education and Special Education in the inclusive perspective converge in an Other Education, directed towards the acceptance of differences and social and cultural diversity in the educational context and towards school democratization, constituting a new school culture, which respects, values and includes otherness. |

En ese sentido, el artículo tiene como objetivo promover la conciencia sobre la importancia de ambos para la construcción de prácticas pedagógicas democráticas e inclusivas, materializadas en el currículo escolar. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, de tipo bibliográfica, con apoyo teórico en Freire (2011, 2015), Mazzotta (2010), Mantoan (2003, 2007, 2011), en la legislación educativa (BRASIL, 2008, 2009, 2015), entre otros. La Educación Inclusiva y la Educación Especial en la perspectiva inclusiva convergen en una Otra Educación, dirigida hacia la aceptación de las diferencias y la diversidad social y cultural en el contexto educativo y hacia la democratización escolar, constituyendo una nueva cultura escolar, que respeta, valora e incluye la alteridadA Educação Inclusiva e a Educação Especial, na perspectiva inclusiva, suscitam a valorização das diferenças e da diversidade no âmbito educacional, reconhecendo as histórias, as identidades e as culturas dos indivíduos e grupos que historicamente foram secundarizados, tendo em vista uma sociedade mais justa e equitativa. Nesse sentido, o artigo tem como objetivo promover a sensibilização quanto à importância de ambas para a construção de práticas pedagógicas democráticas e includentes, materializadas no currículo escolar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, do tipo bibliográfica, com aporte teórico em Freire (2011, 2015), Mazzotta (2010), Mantoan (2003, 2007, 2011), em legislações educacionais (BRASIL, 2008, 2009, 2015), dentre outros.
