Vivências como residente no contexto da pandemia e pós-pandemia em uma escola pública de Santa Maria/RS

Resumo: The present study is characterized as a Course Completion Work - TCC, being a prerequisite for completing higher education. Its theme is: the pedagogical residency in the Pedagogy course during the pandemic and post-pandemic context from the perspective of a resident. Based on this theme, we sought to discuss the academic's experiences as a resident, in the Pedagogical Residency Program (PRP), at the Federal University of Santa Maria - UFSM, of the Pedagogy/Literacy subproject, in a municipal school located in the central region. west of the municipality of Santa Maria, RS. The narrative focuses on their experiences in a Pre B Early Childhood Education class, with children aged 5 and 6 during the 2021 school year, expanding on subsequent observations. The learning took place based on a differentiated teaching model, remotely, due to the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. During that period, remote teaching was the only viable alternative to guaranteeing children's right to education. This report is situated within the scope of qualitative research and adopts the autobiographical narrative and semi-structured interviews to construct the data. Through experiences throughout the year with the class, it can be concluded that remote teaching brought many challenges to children's teaching-learning, such as: difficulties with technology, little preparation of families to provide the necessary support to students, children's immaturity to deal with this way of teaching and teachers without specific training to work with remote teaching. The role of teachers in reinventing themselves in the face of this sad, but necessary, scenario also stands out. This work xtended to the post-pandemic period, with interviews and reports from the class teachers, where it was possible to define this moment in three categories. Understand the anguish, difficulties and learning deficits that remote teaching has caused in some children.

Tem como temática: a residência pedagógica no curso de Pedagogia durante o contexto pandêmico e pós-pandêmico sob o olhar de uma residente. A partir desta temática, buscou-se discutir as experiências da acadêmica como residente, no Programa Residência Pedagógica (PRP), da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria - UFSM, do subprojeto Pedagogia/Alfabetização, em uma escola da rede municipal situada na região centro-oeste do município de Santa Maria, RS. A narrativa tem como foco suas vivências em uma turma de Educação Infantil Pré B, com crianças de 5 e 6 anos de idade durante o período letivo do ano 2021 se expandindo em observações posteriores. As aprendizagens aconteceram a partir de um modelo de ensino diferenciado, de modo remoto, devido ao momento pandêmico causado pelo vírus SARS-CoV-2. Naquele período, o ensino remoto configurou-se como única alternativa viável para a garantia do direito da criança à educação. Tal relato está situado no âmbito da pesquisa qualitativa e adota a narrativa autobiográfica e entrevistas semiestruturadas para construção dos dados. Através das experiências, vivenciadas ao longo do ano com a turma, pode-se concluir que o ensino remoto trouxe muitos desafios para o ensino-aprendizagem das crianças, tais como: dificuldades com as tecnologias, pouco preparo das famílias para dar o suporte necessário para os estudantes, imaturidade das crianças para lidar com essa modo de ensinar e, professores sem formação específica para trabalhar com o ensino remoto. Destaca-se também o papel dos(as) professores(as) para se reinventarem diante deste triste, mas necessário, cenário. Este trabalho se estendeu para o pós-pandemia, com entrevistas e relatos das professoras regentes das turmas, onde foi possível definir este momento por três categorias.
