Resumo: Analisou-se percepção de valor pelo consumidor de serviços compartilhados e criação de eventuais valores pelo fornecedor. Usou-se métodos mistos para identificar estímulos, preferências e necessidades do consumidor, observando-se a percepção de valor do usuário quanto ao serviço oferecido pela Airbnb. Percebeu-se valor por meio de cinco fatores: conveniência/facilidade; segurança/confiança; atendimento; preço; questão socioambiental. A criação de valor da Airbnb está alicerçada nos perfis, comentários, atendimento personalizado, agilidade, atenção e disponibilidade na prestação de serviços e informações.

Mixed methods were used to identify consumer stimuli, preferences, and needs, observing the user’s perception of value regarding the service offered by Airbnb. Value was perceived by using five factors: convenience/ease; security/trust; service; price; social and environmental issue. Airbnb’s value creation is based on profiles, comments, personalized service, agility, attention, and availability in the provision of services and information.Se analizó la percepción de valor por parte del consumidor de servicios compartidos y la creación de posibles valores por parte del proveedor. Se utilizaron métodos mixtos para identificar los estímulos, preferencias y necesidades del consumidor, observando la percepción de valor del usuario con respecto al servicio ofrecido por Airbnb.
