Resumo: The present work deals with the issue of reading, more specifically literary reading, and how this activity can lead the reader to search for himself through what we are calling Poetic Educating, an educating that prevails in the happening of language. For such, we will deal with questions such as: read, reading, reader; poetic learning and event of literary art, dialoguing with the studies made by Michèle Petit (2013); by Annie Rouxel (2012, 2013); and by Manuel Antônio de Castro (1982, 2015). The result of this act of reading as a crossing in search of what it is, the reader is launched to the process of Hermeneutic Circularity (GADAMER, 2015), in which, when questioning the works, it becomes questioned by it, which leads to its realization as a man human.

Para tanto, trataremos de questões como: ler, leitura, leitor; aprendizagem poética e acontecimento da arte literária, dialogando com os estudos feitos Michèle Petit (2013); Annie Rouxel (2012, 2013); Manuel Antônio de Castro (1982, 2015).
