Rural Education: a proposal of teacher training for multisseries classes in wheel format

Resumo: ABSTRACT. This article presents a section of the research of professional masters, of the line of Formation of Educational Managers, that studies the education of the countryside and the plurality existing in the school context, presenting like product of intervention a proposal of continuous formation in format of wheel of conversation about of the theme: pedagogical experiences shared by teachers working in multi-series rooms in the municipality of Eldorado/SP. During the process of analysis of the school context object of this work, information collected from interviews with teachers who work in multi-series rooms were considered for the elaboration of the proposal of training in wheel as a space of sharing and collaboration, which, enhances interaction and dialogue. Through this research, it is argued that the talk wheel as a proposal for teacher training makes it possible to learn to record the planning and action of wheel procedures and the preparation of diary, which can be considered salutary for the development of proposals associated with inclusion demands typical of rural schools.

Este artículo presenta una sección de la investigación de maestros profesionales, de la línea de Formación de Gestores Educativos, que estudia la educación del campo y la pluralidad existente en el contexto escolar, presentando como producto de intervención una propuesta de formación continua en formato de Rueda de conversación sobre el tema: experiencias pedagógicas compartidas por docentes que trabajan en salas de varias series en el municipio de Eldorado/SP. Durante el proceso de análisis del contexto escolar objeto de este trabajo, se consideró la información recabada a partir de entrevistas con docentes que trabajan en salas de series múltiples para la elaboración de la propuesta de capacitación en rueda como espacio de intercambio y colaboración, lo cual, potencia interacción y diálogo. A través de esta investigación, se argumenta que la rueda de prensa como propuesta de formación docente permite aprender a registrar la planificación y la acción de los procedimientos de rueda y la preparación de diario, lo que puede considerarse saludable para el desarrollo de propuestas asociadas a la inclusión demandas típicas de las escuelas rurales.ABSTRACT. Durante o processo de análise do contexto escolar objeto deste trabalho, informações coletadas de entrevistas realizadas junto a professores que atuam em salas multisseriadas foram consideradas para a elaboração da proposta de formação em roda como um espaço de partilha e colaboração, o que, conforme pressuposto, potencializa a interação e o diálogo. Por meio desta pesquisa, argumenta-se que a roda de conversa como proposta para formação docente possibilita aprender a registrar o planejamento e a ação dos procedimentos da roda e a elaboração de diário, o que pode ser considerado salutar para o desenvolvimento de propostas associadas às demandas de inclusão típicas de escolas do campo.
