Resumo: | ABSTRACT. In the process of occupation and conquest of agrarian reform settlements, the Movement of Landless Workers implants innumerable educational experiences at different levels and modalities of education to meet the right to education and the need for political and technical training children and youth. This article presents a reflection on the meaning of education and work in the technical course in Agroecology in a school of MST. We look for attempted to grasp the meaning of work as an educational principle effected by the school, as well as identifying the overlap between the technical and political dimension in the training process. It is empirical research conducted at the School Milton Santos, Paraná, through observation and semi-structured interviews with leaders and students. The findings showed that the students are formed through real work experienced in school and in the settlements as complementary .moments, aimed at social struggle |

En el proceso de ocupación y conquista de asentamientos de la reforma agraria, el Movimiento de los Trabajadores Rurales Sin Tierra (MST) implanta innumerables experiencias educativas en diferentes niveles y modalidades de enseñanza para atender el derecho a la educación y la necesidad de formación política y técnica de los niños y jóvenes. Este artículo trae una reflexión sobre el significado de la educación para y en el trabajo en la pedagogía del MST, en especial en un curso técnico en Agroecología. Buscamos aprehender el sentido del trabajo como principio educativo efectuado por la escuela, así como identificar la imbricación entre la dimensión técnica y política en el proceso formativo. Se trata de una investigación empírica realizada en la Escuela Milton Santos, Paraná, por medio de observación y entrevistas semiestructuradas con dirigentes y educandos. Los resultados apuntaron que los educandos se forman por medio del trabajo real vivido en la escuela y en los asentamientos como momentos complementarios y dirigidos a la lucha social.ABSTRACT. Este artigo traz uma reflexão sobre o significado da educação para e no trabalho na pedagogia do MST, em especial em um curso técnico em Agroecologia.
