Resumo: The present work is an experience report of a Therapeutic Accompaniment (TA) at home, during the pandemic, to a ten-year-old non-verbal child diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. Due to the restrictions of the pandemic, such as the interruption of health and education services, the child was impacted with a significant setback in his development. AT's work was assisted by a research and extension project of the UFCAT Psychology course, supported by Freudian-Lacanian psychoanalysis. One of the objectives of this experience report is to consolidate TA as an important tool during periods of suspension of classes and treatment or as support for the continuity of classes and treatments in the routine of families with autistic people.

Devido às restrições da pandemia, como a interrupção dos serviços de saúde e educação, a criança foi impactada com um importante retrocesso no seu desenvolvimento. O trabalho da AT foi assistido por um projeto de pesquisa e extensão do curso de Psicologia da UFCAT, amparado pela psicanálise freudo-lacaniana.
