Dialogic relations in cultural project discursive genre

This paper seeks to analyze some of the dialogic relations that focus directly on the gender cultural project. The analysis will be developed from a corpus of five cultural projects approved in the cultural incentive laws, federal and state of São Paulo. Initially we`ll observe the dialogism that occurs between statements in the projects registration in cultural institutions, its relations with the incentive laws and their application in forms. In a second step, we will analyze the dialogical relations with speeches of other ideological spheres of mutual influence. To support the analysis will use the theoretical concepts of dialogical relations and ideological spheres and mutual influence of the so-called Circle of Bakhtin, contained in Bakhtin (2010) and Volochinov (2009) in order to better show our arguments. The results of the analysis allow us to say that the political and cultural sphere, and its statements are made by dialogism with the speeches and utterances of the spheres of mutual influence.
