Resumo: The article deals with the analysis of an Arts curriculum developed by the author with Basic Education students in a state school in Porto Alegre, RS, based on his memories as a teacher of Visual Arts and Music. The account of performance and happening practices experienced on a daily basis with the school community connects with reflections on the Arts at school, based on researches and theories about performance in the public school context. El relato de las prácticas performativas y del happening vividas en el cotidiano con la comunidad escolar entronca con reflexiones sobre las Artes en la escuela, basado en las investigaciones y teorías sobre la performance en el contexto de la escuela pública.
