Implications of the reform of High School for the work and teacher training

Resumo: This study discusses the possible effects that the Secondary School Reform - Law 13.415 / 2017 - can bring to work and teacher training. For the development of the study, it was used the documentary analysis technique, taking as primary sources of information the Law of Directives and Bases of Education- Law 9.394/1996 -, Provisional Measure 746/2016 and Law 13.415/2017. The study brings contributions to the academic production on public policy in the educational field, which we consider pertinent in the current context of neoliberal / conservative political conceptions that do not consider the trajectory of practices, knowledge and experiences of professionals in education, looking at them only as consumers of absolutist and authoritarian government policies.

Pour le développement de l'étude, la technique d'analyse documentaire a été utilisée, en prenant comme source principale d'information la loi sur les Directives et les Bases de l'éducation - loi 9 394/1996 - 1996, la mesure provisoire 746/2016 et la loi 13.415 / 2017. L'étude apporte des contributions à la production académique sur les politiques publiques dans le domaine de l'éducation, que nous considérons pertinentes dans le contexte actuel de conceptions politiques néolibérales / conservatrices qui ignorent la trajectoire des pratiques, des connaissances et des expériences des professionnels de l'éducation, en les considérant uniquement consommateurs de politiques gouvernementales absolutistes et autoritaires.  Este trabalho problematiza implicações que a Reforma do Ensino Médio - Lei 13.415/2017 - pode provocar para o trabalho e a formação de professores.
