Resumo: This interview addresses questions about how racism and discrimination have been addressed in academic discussions. In her analyzes, the interviewee reflects on the contributions of Laws 10.639 / 03 and 11.645 / 08 to anti-racist education. In addition, she questions the contributions of Universities to the implementation of affirmative policies, discusses the challenges of ethnic-racial education in Brazilian education in relation to the debate on African and Afro-Brazilian religiosity. In the meantime, she assesses the affirmative policies of black people entering higher education and analyzes the racial equality policies in the current Brazilian context.

En outre, il s'interroge sur les contributions des universités à la mise en oeuvre des politiques positives, discute des défis de l’éducation ethno-raciale dans l’enseignement brésilien en ce qui concerne le débat sur la religiosité africaine et afro-brésilienne. En attendant, il évalue les politiques positives d’entrée dans l’enseignement supérieur des noirs et fait une analyse sur les politiques d’égalité raciale dans le contexte brésilien actuel.A presente entrevista aborda questões sobre como o racismo e a discriminação vem sendo abordados nas discussões acadêmicas. Em suas análises, a entrevistada reflete sobre as contribuições das Leis 10.639/03 e 11.645/08 para uma educação antirracista. Além disso, problematiza as contribuições das Universidades para implementação de políticas afirmativas, discute os desafios da educação étnico-racial no ensino brasileiro em relação ao debate sobre a religiosidade africana e afro-brasileira.
