Methods of Teaching and Child's Development: Together or Separately? Historical and cultural psycho-pedagogy

Resumo: The article presents discussion about three basicapproaches for teaching. These approaches are: traditional teaching, interactive school and historical and cultural approach. The objectives and methods of the three approach are contrasted in the article. The differences between types of concepts (empirical and scientific) are discussed together with the ways of their formation within traditional approach and historical and cultural approach. An example of introduction of scientific concepts is presented in relation to the methods of teaching of Reading in primary school. The authors discuss the necessity of usage of modern knowledge within psychology and pedagogy for the benefit of educational system.

Se contrastan objetivos y métodos en estos tipos de escuelas. Se diferencian los tipos de conceptos (empíricos y científicos) que se introducen en la escuela tradicional y la postura histórico-cultural. Se presenta el ejemplo de organización sistémica de la enseñanza de acuerdo al principio de lo general a lo particular para la etapa inicial de introducción de la lectura en la escuela primaria. Se discute la necesidad de utilizar los conocimientos contemporáneos acumulados en la psicología y pedagogía para el beneficio del sistema educativo.O artigo discute as três abordagens básicas da escola contemporânea: tradicional, interativa e pedagógica na posição histórico-cultural. Objetivos e métodos são contrastados nesses tipos de escolas. Os tipos de conceitos (empíricos e científicos) introduzidos na escola tradicional e a posição histórico-cultural são diferenciados. O exemplo de organização sistêmica da educação de acordo com o princípio geral para particular é apresentado para o estágio inicial de introdução da leitura na escola primária.
