Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) e a objetivação de uma educação precária para um trabalho precarizado

This research originates from studies at the Master's level in the research line Work, Society, and Education, from the Graduate Program in Education, at the Federal University of Uberlândia. Education based on competences and the formation of contemporary workers is the theme and the following question is a research problem: how the reforms implemented in High School and how the school curriculum based on the development of competences, designed in the National Curricular Common Base (BNCC) for Secondary Education, respond to the demands of the labor market? This work is academically justified by the social relevance that curriculum studies have in the conjuncture of the disastrous neoliberal agenda and its advance in Brazilian educational public policies, it is also socially justified, as it seeks to understand how society has experienced changes in the world of work and in the subjectivity of the class-that-lives-of-the-work, linked to the experience of basic education, especially the high school stage. The general objective of the work is to understand the determining links between the demands of the labor market and the legal propositions contained in the BNCC for Secondary Education. Methodologically, this is a bibliographical and documentary research, which made use of literature review of works in the area of education, as well as regulations concerning the organization of public basic education and educational reforms. Results point that the BNCC aims at a precarious education for precarious jobs, seriously compromising the offer of emancipatory knowledge for the young Brazilian.
