Proposta de aplicação de mapa de fluxo de valor: estudo de caso em um setor farmacêutico

Resumo: This article shows the application Value Stream tool in a system of service and deliveries in a pharmacy in Ituiutaba-MG, aiming to identify points of improvement of the production process and the proposal of application of tools aligned to Lean Manufacturing. Due the evolution of the pharmaceutical industry in Brazil, the demand for drugs in retail showed a significant increase in their sales. The Lean Manufacturing aims to achieve the maximum efficiency of production of resoucers and services with the smallest possible amount of resources. The pharmacy in study seeks to reduce service times and deliveries and the aggregation of value to its activities. The methodological procedure selected was the case study, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, with descriptive character and practical implications. The results are based on the proposal of improvement tools aligned to lean manufacturing, aiming the betterment of the pharmacy, its processes, quality in its services of deliveries and deliveries.

Devido a evolução da indústria farmacêutica no Brasil, a procura por medicamentos no varejo apontou aumento significativo em suas vendas. O Lean Manufacturing tem como objetivo alcançar o máximo da eficiência de produção de bens e serviços com a menor quantidade possível de recursos. A farmácia em estudo busca reduzir tempos de atendimento e entregas e a agregação de valor a suas atividades. O procedimento metodológico selecionado foi o estudo de caso, com uma abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, de caráter descritivos e implicações práticas.
