Metodologias e recursos didáticos no ensino de zoologia na educação básica: um estado da arte

In basic education, teachers have at their disposal different methodologies and didactic resources to work the teaching of Zoology, which is one of the broadest syllabuses within the Science and Biology curriculum components. The objective of this work was to identify the teaching methodologies and didactic resources and analyze their use by basic education teachers for the teaching of Zoology, in order to expand the possibilities of approaching the theme by them. The article is about identifying the state of the art of the subject, with bibliographic survey and content analysis. Following some prerequisites for such a survey, we arrived at a total of ten articles, from which we collected data and distributed them into different categories, such as “The school environment and its conditions” and “Students and teachers”. Among the results, we could observe which methodologies and teaching resources were more recurrent, with lectures and photographs, respectively. It is important to emphasize that, in general, the analyzed works have a positive feedback from the subjects involved regarding the use of different methodologies and didactic resources, adding to the purpose of our research and contributing to the understanding of the teaching and learning process of Zoology in basic education.
