Resumo: The article is an experience report from the sector of Technical-Pedagogical Coordination (CoTP), of the Federal Institute of Education of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ), which presents results of the creation of motivator to the teachers and students for the remote work at the beginning of the period of social confinement, arising from the pandemic imposed by Covid 19 in March 2020 at the research unit. The objective of the work is to strengthen the relationship between the institution (education professionals) and the community (guardians and students), motivating them for remote teaching, complying with the school's distance protocol, without major losses to teaching. The adopted methodology sought to transport CoTP's experience with face-to-face teaching, added to distance activities, as a hybrid form with the support of digital technologies and in particular using the google resource to find the first remote mediation contacts, based on topics of interest. students. As a result, the data pointed out the need to rethink the future of post-pandemic education, specifically the implementation of new methodologies with content adaptation for remote access, so that it attends all students enrolled in the face-to-face offer during a pandemic period, in the 2020, structuring hybrid practices for 2021 and the future. We believe that the survey drew CoTP's attention to the development of an articulated pedagogical planning between education professionals and the community, foreseeing the adequacy of the school unit to the new times.

La metodología adoptada buscó trasponer la experiencia CoTP con la docencia presencial, sumada a actividades a distancia, como la formación híbrida con el apoyo de tecnologías digitales y, en particular, utilizar el recurso google meet en los primeros contactos de mediación remota, basados sobre temas de interés para los estudiantes. Como resultado, los datos apuntaban a la necesidad de repensar el futuro de la educación pospandémica, apuntando a la implementación de nuevas metodologías con adecuación de contenidos para acceso remoto, para que atienda a todos los estudiantes matriculados en la oferta presencial. durante el curso. período pandémico durante 2020, estructurando prácticas híbridas para 2021 y más allá. O objetivo do trabalho é estreitar as relações entre a instituição (profissionais da educação) e a comunidade (responsáveis e discentes), motivando-os para o ensino remoto, atendendo o protocolo de distanciamento da escola, sem grandes prejuízos ao ensino. A metodologia adotada buscou transpor a experiência da CoTP com o ensino presencial, somada a atividades a distância, como um formado híbrido com apoio das tecnologias digitais e em especial o utilizando o recurso google meet nos primeiros contatos de mediação remota, partindo de temáticas de interesse discentes. Como resultados, os dados apontaram a necessidade de repensar o futuro do ensino pós pandemia, visando à implementação de novas metodologias com adaptação de conteúdos para o acesso remoto, de modo que atenda todos os discentes matriculados da oferta presencial em período de pandemia, no decorrer de 2020, estruturando práticas híbridas para 2021 e futuro.
