Resumo: The main objective is to investigate the right of children to participate in public institutions of Early Childhood Education in Gaspar/SC, based on Political Pedagogical Projects (PPPs). It presents itself as a question: In what way and in what proportion is the right to participation of children guaranteed, considering the legal and epistemological aspects present in the PPPs of the aforementioned Network? This is a historical-documental research, considering the ethnography of archives and/or documents, with qualitative analysis. Respecting the specificities and proportions of the documents, it is concluded that the PPPs guarantee the right to children's participation; present legal frameworks at local, national and international levels; have their epistemological foundations based on the pedagogy and sociology of childhood.

El objetivo central es investigar el derecho a la participación de los niños en instituciones públicas de Educación Infantil de Gaspar/SC, a partir de Proyectos Políticos Pedagógicos (PPP). Surge la pregunta: ¿Cómo y en qué medida se garantiza el derecho a la participación infantil, teniendo en cuenta los aspectos jurídicos y epistemológicos presentes en las APP de la mencionada Red? Se trata de una investigación histórico-documental, considerando la etnografía de archivos y/o documentos, con análisis cualitativo. Respetando las especificidades y proporciones de los documentos, se concluye que las APP garantizan el derecho a la participación infantil; presentar marcos legales a nivel local, nacional e internacional; tienen sus fundamentos epistemológicos basados en la pedagogía y la sociología de la infancia. Tem-se como objetivo central investigar sobre o direito à participação das crianças nas instituições públicas de Educação Infantil de Gaspar/SC, a partir dos Projetos Políticos Pedagógicos (PPPs). Apresenta-se como questão: De que modo e em que proporção o direito à participação das crianças está garantido, tomando-se aspectos legais e epistemológicos presentes nos PPPs da Rede citada? Trata-se de uma pesquisa histórico-documental, considerando a etnografia de arquivos e/ou documentos, com análise qualitativa. Respeitadas às especificidades e proporções dos documentos, conclui-se que os PPPs garantem o direto à participação das crianças; apresentam marcos legais em nível local, nacional e internacional; têm seus fundamentos epistemológicos pautados na pedagogia e na sociologia da infância.
