EVALUATION OF OCCUPATIONAL STRESS OF NURSES IN THE FAMILY HEALTH STRATEGY

Resumo: | The objective was to evaluate the occupational stress level of nurses in the family health strategy, correlating with occupational and sociodemographic factors. This is a cross - sectional study with 56 nurses from the family health strategy of the north and northwest regions of the city of Goiânia/GO. Two questionnaires were used, one occupational sociodemographic and the other one evaluating stress at work. It was identified that the higher the age, the greater the level of irritation about this organizational situation (p = 0.046). Women comprised 94.6% of the sample, and stress was related to the supervision of not assigning them to important responsibilities (p = 0.011) and those who said they had no religion constituted a group that felt isolated in the organization (p = 0.003). It was concluded that nurses had high levels of stress in relation to the service management, lack of appreciation, work discredit and third-party empowerment of their achievements. |

Es un estudio transversal con 56 enfermeros de la estrategia salud de la familia de las regiones norte y noroeste de la ciudad de Goiânia / GO. Se utilizaron dos cuestionarios, un sociodemográfico ocupacional y otro de evaluación del estrés en el trabajo. Se identificó que cuanto más elevada era la edad, mayor era el nivel de irritación acerca de esa situación organizacional (p = 0,046). Las mujeres compusieron el 94,6% de la muestra, mientras que el estrés estaba relacionado con la supervisión de no asignar responsabilidades importantes (p = 0,011) ya los que afirmaron no tener religión constituyeron un grupo que se siente aislado en la organización (p = 0,003). Se concluyó que los enfermeros tenían niveles altos de estrés en relación a la gestión del servicio, por la falta de valorización, desacuerdo del trabajo y empoderamiento de terceros de sus hechos.O objetivo foi avaliar o nível do estresse ocupacional dos enfermeiros da estratégia saúde da família, correlacionando com os fatores ocupacionais e sociodemográficos. É um estudo transversal com 56 enfermeiros da estratégia saúde da família das regiões norte e noroeste da cidade de Goiânia/GO. Foram utilizados dois questionários, um sociodemográfico ocupacional e outro de avaliação do estresse no trabalho. Identificou-se que quanto mais elevada a idade, maior também era o nível de irritação acerca dessa situação organizacional (p=0,046). As mulheres compuseram 94,6% da amostra, sendo que o estresse estava relacionado à supervisão de não as incumbirem de responsabilidades importantes (p=0,011) e aos que afirmaram não ter religião constituíram um grupo que se sentir isolado na organização (p=0,003). Concluiu-se que os enfermeiros tinham níveis altos de estresse em relação à gestão do serviço, pela falta de valorização, desacredito do trabalho e empoderamento de terceiros de seus feitos.
