The study on screen, the result of part of a master's research, aimed to analyze the documents that deal with the qualification of professionals and objectives of health management, aiming to achieve a more horizontal and humanized health care, considering the importance of building of a health care model aimed at expanding the protagonism of professionals in the area and quality of life of subjects.. To this end, issues related to health management, human resources focused on empathy, responsibility, and commitment, as well as the health structure will be addressed, highlighting the relevance of having a welcoming space. This is a bibliographic and qualitative study. It is noticed that the transdisciplinary action and the horizontal power relations help in the decentralization of the unitary and totalitarian character that is often found in health institutions, in this way it is possible that there is an appreciation of the concrete dimension of health practices and the transformation of management and care models.
