Tema bastante evidenciado em espaço escolar tradicional e, mais notadamente, no espaço da classe no hospital. Neste estudo buscou-se compreender quais são as vertentes que determinam ou influenciam a organização do trabalho pedagógico no hospital. Como os objetivos específicos, pretendeu-se caracterizar o contexto estudado, a Classe Hospitalar do Hospital Materno Infantil de Brasília, foram examinadas as documentações que orientam a organização e o funcionamento das Classes Hospitalares e compreendeu-se como a instituição e seus agentes percebem a organização do trabalho pedagógico neste contexto. O método qualitativo, norteou o trabalho de pesquisa por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e análise de documentos basilares para o funcionamento da Classe Hospitalar em Brasília. O público alvo da pesquisa foi composto pelos agentes envolvidos nesse ambiente: Professoras da Classe Hospitalar, o Chefe da Unidade Pediátrica, o Diretor do hospital, uma Psicóloga, um Técnico de Enfermagem e uma Assistente Social. Como resultados do estudo, ficou evidenciado que os documentos que norteiam a educação do Distrito Federal, no que diz respeito à Educação Especial, tratam de forma superficial a educação em Classe Hospitalar e alguns sequer citam o espaço como um local de promoção de educação inclusiva; demonstrando uma atenção muito frágil de controle e acompanhamento dos gestores no tocante ao que determinam e orientam os dispositivos legais analisados. As falas/percepções dos sujeitos da pesquisa exemplificaram esse caráter com registros de que entendem a importância do pedagogo no hospital, mas afirmam que falta uma atenção maior para este serviço por parte da administração do hospital. Apontaram a importância da atuação do profissional da educação na equipe multidisciplinar com relatos de que esse processo precisa de sistematização para ser efetivado com êxito. Constatou-se também pelas falas e percepções dos entrevistados que existe ainda um distanciamento muito grande entre o que orienta e normatiza para o atendimento pedagógico educacional no hospital e a realidade do trabalho realizado na instituição pesquisada. ____________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTThis monograph was born of caring about the organization of the educational work, quite evident theme in traditional school environment and most notably in the classroom in the hospital. In this study we sought to understand the aspects that determine or influence the organization of educational work in the hospital. As specific objectives, it was intended to describe the study context of the Hospital Class from the Mother-Child Hospital of Brasilia, the documentation was examined underlying the organization and operation of Class Hospital and it was understood how the institution and its agents perceive the organization of educational work in this context. The qualitative method guided the research, through semi-structured interviews and analysis of basic documents for the operation of Class Hospital in Brasilia. The target group of the research was composed by the agents involved in this environment: Teachers from the Hospital Class, the Head of the Pediatric Unit, the Director of the hospital, a Psychologist, a Technical Nursing and a Social Worker. The results of the study showed that the documents that guide the education of the Federal District, with regard to Special Education, treat superficially the education in Hospital Class and some don’t even mention this space as a place of promotion of inclusive education; demonstrating that the managers are fragilely controlled and monitored concerning what the legal devices analyzed determine and direct. This character was exemplified by the recorded statements/perceptions of the subjects that understand the importance of the teacher in the hospital, but affirm that there is a lack of attention for this service by the hospital administration. They pointed out the importance of the education professional within the multidisciplinary team, reporting that this process needs to be systematic to become successfully effective.
