A problemática se torna importante porque a mulher tem direito ao acolhimento humanizado e diferenciado pelo trauma sofrido. Mostrando a necessidade de se identificar e determinar o acolhimento humanizado presente quando estas aportam nos serviços de saúde. Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral identificar estudos sobre acolhimento a mulher vítima de violência doméstica capazes de garantir seus direitos a saúde integral e humanizada, identificando ainda qual o papel do profissional de saúde na garantia desses direitos. Realizou-se uma revisão sistemática sobre o tema nas bases de dados LILACS e SCIELO, ao final da qual foram selecionados dezenove (19) artigos, pelas combinações de três (3) dos cinco (5) descritores: Violência doméstica; Mulheres; Serviços de saúde; Humanização; Profissionais de saúde, no período de 2003 a 2013. Todos os artigos com o Brasil como país de assunto, em língua portuguesa e com o assunto principal sendo violência doméstica. Um dos resultados obtidos foi que no ano de 2012 houve cinco (5) publicações. Dezesseis (16) dos artigos foram publicados após o ano de 2006, ano da promulgação da lei Maria Penha, comprovando o questionamento desse estudo, que foi o crescimento de publicações sobre humanização no acolhimento das mulheres que são vítimas de violência doméstica, a partir de 2006. A partir dos artigos analisados mostrou-se como os profissionais de saúde atendem às mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica realçando a falta de humanização. Os profissionais não são capacitados e orientados para darem o apoio que estas mulheres precisam. Por isso ainda são falhos em ajudá-las na garantia do direito à saúde integral. __________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACTDomestic violence that occurs with women is a public health problem. The issue becomes important because the woman has the right to humane and differential host the trauma suffered. Showing the need to identify and determine the humanized host present when these aportam in health services. This work has as main objective to identify studies on host female victims of domestic violence can guarantee their rights to full and humanized health, even identifying the role of health professionals in ensuring these rights. We conducted a systematic review on the topic in the databases LILACS and SCIELO, the end of which nineteen were selected (19) articles, of combinations of three (3) of the five ( 5 ) descriptors : Domestic violence; women ; Health services; humanization ; Health professionals, from 2003 to 2013. All with Brazil as a matter of country in Portuguese and with the main subject being domestic violence. One of the results was that in 2012 there were five (5) publications. Sixteen ( 16) of the articles were published after 2006 , the year of enactment of the law Maria Penha, proving the questioning of this study , which was growth of publications on humanization in the reception of women who are victims of domestic violence, from 2006. From the analyzed articles showed up as health professionals meet the women victims of domestic violence highlighting the lack of humanization. The professionals are not trained and oriented to give the support that these women need.
