The role of the class council for the organization of pedagogical work

Resumo: Based on the assumption that the discussions and processes in the class council interfere with the teaching practices of the teacher in the classroom, this study has the general objective of analyzing the contributions of the class council meetings to the organization of the pedagogical work. The qualitative approach research was developed through a Case Study. For data collection documentary analysis was used, observation of the class council and semi-structured interview. The findings indicate that the logic of classificatory and excluding evaluation that guides the class council influences the pedagogical work of the teacher in the classroom.

La investigación cualitativa se desarrolló a través de un estudio de caso. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó análisis documental, observación del consejo de clase y entrevista semiestructurada. Los hallazgos señalan que la lógica de evaluación clasificatoria y exclusiva que guía el consejo de clase influye en el trabajo pedagógico del docente en el aula.Partindo do pressuposto de que as discussões e processos vividos no conselho de classe interferem nas práticas pedagógicas do professor em sala de aula, este estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar as contribuições das reuniões do conselho de classe para a organização do trabalho pedagógico. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa foi desenvolvida por meio de Estudo de Caso. Para levantamento de dados foram utilizados análise documental, observação do conselho de classe e entrevista semiestruturada.
