Resumo: | This article is in the field of philosophy of education. We claim that training in our universities has been reduced, almost entirely, to professionalization of individuals for a supposed promising professional market, almost silencing the institutive university. Efficient management has been one able to optimize time and resources and to have, in its strategic planning, the ability to extract the best of individuals to serve well the established social order. Doubt, restlessness, necessary to form an autonomous man, are almost silenced in the formative practices of professors and managers. |

Este artículo se encuentra en el campo de la filosofía de la educación. Afirmamos que la formación en nuestras universidades se ha reducido, casi exclusivamente, a la formación profesional de personas para un supuesto y prometedor mercado de profesiones, casi silenciando a la universidad instituyente. La gestión eficiente ha sido aquella capaz de optimizar tiempo y recursos y de tener en su capacidad de planificación estratégica para extraer lo mejor de las personas para bien servir el orden social establecido. La duda, la inquietud, necesarias para formar un hombre autónomo, son casi silenciadas en las prácticas de formación de los maestros y de los gestores.Este artigo situa-se no campo da filosofia da educação. Afirmamos que a formação em nossas universidades tem se reduzido, quase tão somente, à profissionalização dos indivíduos para um suposto e promissor mercado das profissões, quase calando a universidade instituinte. A gestão eficiente tem sido aquela que é capaz de otimizar tempo e recursos e ter em seu planejamento estratégico a capacidade de extrair o melhor dos indivíduos para bem servir a ordem instituída socialmente.
