Resumo: This article aims to present the results obtained by pibidianos of the Chemistry undergraduate course of the Alagoas State University - UNEAL, in a pedagogical intervention based on the use of laboratory experimentation and the didactic game Flashcards’ Arrhenius, as active methodologies in the teaching-learning process of acids and bases The pedagogical intervention was carried out in two first year high school classes at Escola Estadual de Educação Básica Costa Rêgo , located in Arapiraca-AL. We used guiding questions to evaluate the students' knowledge before and after the pedagogical intervention, which consisted in the theoretical/practical contextualization of the acid-bases content, and in the application of didactic game about the acid-bases content. It was observed that before the educational intervention the students could not identify acids and bases in their daily lives, a situation that was significantly changed after the action, which certainly also represents a learning about the theoretical concepts of these substances, their structural recognition and nomenclature. From the feedback given by the students during the discussion of the guiding questions, it was evident that the effectiveness of classes which went beyond the traditional, classes with experiments, dynamic classes that approach the content linked to the student's daily life. The new attracts attention and sharpens curiosity, thus making these young people interested in the subject and the content offered.

The new attracts attention and sharpens curiosity, thus making these young people interested in the subject and the content offered.   Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar os resultados obtidos por pibidianos do curso de Licenciatura em Química da Universidade Estadual de Alagoas – UNEAL, numa intervenção pedagógica pautada no uso da experimentação laboratorial e do jogo didático Flashcards de Arrhenius, como metodologias ativas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem de ácidos e bases. A intervenção pedagógica foi realizada em duas turmas de primeiros anos do ensino médio, na Escola Estadual de Educação Básica Costa Rêgo, localizada em Arapiraca-AL. Foram utilizadas perguntas norteadoras para avaliar o conhecimento dos alunos, antes e depois da intervenção pedagógica, que consistiu na contextualização teórico/prática do conteúdo de ácidos-bases; e na aplicação do jogo didático sobre os conteúdos de ácidos-bases. Foi observado que antes da intervenção pedagógica os alunos não conseguiam identificar os ácidos e as bases em seu cotidiano, situação que foi significativamente alterada após a ação, o que certamente também representa um aprendizado sobre os conceitos teóricos destas substâncias, seu reconhecimento estrutural e nomenclatura. A partir da devolutiva dos alunos nos momentos de discussões das questões norteadoras, ficou evidente a eficácia de aulas que saíam do tradicional, aulas com experimentos, dinâmicas, que abordem o conteúdo atrelado ao cotidiano do aluno.
