Resumo: ABSTRACT: The objective of this article is to identify how the teaching of competences should be guided by the National Common Curricular Base, since it defines competencies, skills and learning and development objectives that explain the essential learning that all students must develop during basic education. The methodological path was the training of scholarship scholars and the development of interdisciplinary projects guided by the ten general competencies of BNCC with the use of active methodology for problematization adapted from the Arco de Maguerez. In this adaptation, the method has three stages: reality situations, theorization and application to reality. Methodological alternatives are exemplified with their essential characteristics for the teaching plan and the elaboration of interdisciplinary projects. The competence teaching and learning plan must contemplate the relationship between the components: competences, skills, content, pedagogical strategies and assessment. With this investigation, knowledge and methods supported in practice are also shared, with a view to configuring professional development that stimulates and encourages quality teaching work. KEYWORDS: Curriculum, active methodology, Problem-Based learning.RESUMO: O objetivo desse artigo é identificar como deve ser o ensino de competências orientados pela Base Nacional Comum Curricular, uma vez que esta define competências, habilidades e objetivos de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento que explicitam as aprendizagens essenciais que todos os estudantes devem desenvolver durante a educação básica. O percurso metodológico foram as formações dos acadêmicos bolsistas e a elaboração de projetos interdisciplinares norteados pelas dez competências gerais da BNCC com a utilização da metodologia ativa por problematização adaptada do Arco de Maguerez. Nesta adaptação o método possui três etapas: situações da realidade, teorização e aplicação à realidade. São exemplificadas alternativas metodológicas com suas características essenciais para o plano de ensino e a elaboração de projetos interdisciplinares. O plano de ensino e aprendizagem de competências deve contemplar a relação entre os componentes: competências, habilidades, conteúdos, estratégias pedagógicas e avaliação. Com esta investigação, compartilha-se ainda conhecimentos e métodos amparados na prática, com vistas a configurar um desenvolvimento profissional que estimule e incentive o trabalho docente de qualidade.
