Whom is Remote Learning for? the peasants in the (un)context of digital inclusion policies

Resumo: The following article approaches the theme of remote learning and its incidence in the paradigm of education from/of the countryside, highlighting the digital inclusion policy for the peasant students in the context of the Pandemic Covid-19 as an alternative of educational inclusion or exclusion. The general objective is to analyze how remote teaching concerns the dismissal of the paradigm of education in/of the countryside, before the high level of digital exclusion of peasants in the University. The investigation has as methodological basis the qualitative research, the participatory research, from the documental analysis of resolutions, ordinances, established decisions by the courses and academic works guided. The results show that the inclusion policies for students in the universities may provide material conditions for the equal education when the access and permanence of the individual from the countryside in the university are considered a principle.

El objetivo general es de analizar como la enseñanza remota afecta la destitución del paradigma educativo en el/ del campo, dado el alto nivel de exclusión digital de los campesinos en la Universidad. La investigación tiene como base metodológica el enfoque cualitativo, la investigación participante, a partir del análisis documental de resoluciones, ordenanzas, decisiones elaboradas por los cursos. Los resultados muestran que las políticas de inclusión de los estudiantes en las Universidades pueden garantizar las condiciones materiales para la educación igualitaria cuando considera como principio las formas de acceso y permanencia de los sujetos del campo a la universidad.O presente artigo aborda a temática do ensino remoto e sua incidência no paradigma de educação do/no campo, evidenciando a política de inclusão digital para os estudantes camponeses, no contexto de pandemia Covid-19, como alternativa de inclusão ou exclusão educacional. O objetivo geral é de analisar como o ensino remoto incide na destituição do paradigma de educação no/do campo, diante do elevado nível de exclusão digital dos camponeses na Universidade. A investigação tem como base metodológica a abordagem qualitativa, a pesquisa participante, a partir da análise documental de resoluções, portarias, decisões lavradas pelos cursos.
