Interculturality and professional teacher development in the context of cultural differences

Resumo: I present reflections built within the Graduate Program in Education at UFMT, Doctorate in Education, together with other teaching experiences articulating teaching, research and university extension with the LEAL Research Group of UNEMAT, Juara campus. I present concepts from the bibliography on the field of teacher training and professional development involving cultural differences as mobilizing themes for the production of decolonial pedagogies. I use the (auto)biographical method to narratively present these experiences in higher education in the interior of the State of Mato Grosso that have been taking place for 10 years. The reflections are also part of the ongoing research proposal. I have identified that the debate on cultural differences in teacher training is emerging on the national and international scene regarding recognition in legislation and official documents, and it is necessary from the very professional ethics socially committed to education for social and democratic justice.

Presento conceptos de la bibliografía en el campo de la formación y el desarrollo profesional docente que involucran las diferencias culturales como temas movilizadores para la producción de pedagogías decoloniales. Utilizo el método (auto)biográfico para presentar narrativamente estas experiencias en la educación superior del interior del Estado de Mato Grosso que se vienen dando desde hace 10 años. Las reflexiones también forman parte de la propuesta de investigación en curso. He identificado que el debate sobre las diferencias culturales en la formación docente está surgiendo en el escenario nacional e internacional en cuanto a su reconocimiento en la legislación y los documentos oficiales, y es necesario desde la propia ética profesional socialmente comprometida con la educación para la justicia social y democrática.Apresento reflexões construídas dentro do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da UFMT, Doutorado em Educação, em conjunto com outras experiências docentes articulando ensino, pesquisa e extensão universitária com o Grupo de Pesquisa LEAL da UNEMAT, campus de Juara. Apresento conceitos a partir da pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o campo da formação e desenvolvimento profissional docente envolvendo as diferenças culturais enquanto temas mobilizadores para produção de pedagogias decoloniais. Utilizo o método (auto) biográfico para apresentar narrativamente essas experiências no ensino superior no interior do Estado de Mato Grosso que vem ocorrendo há 10 anos. As reflexões também compõem parte da proposta de pesquisa em andamento.
