PNAIC CONTINUING EDUCATION: EVIDENCE OF PRACTICISM IN DEBATE

Resumo: As part of a research which focuses on the investigation of the continuing education in the National Pact for Literacy in the Right Age (PNAIC), that was implemented in 2012 as a formal agreement between federal, state and municipal governments aiming at the literacy of all children up to eight years of age, this article seeks to discuss points highlighted by teachers who participated in the PNAIC training course. Delimited in the qualitative perspective of research, the study was based on the analysis of the official documents that guide the training proposed by the PNAIC, as well as in the analysis of semi-structured interviews developed with municipal teachers of a southern city of the state of Minas Gerais. Data analysis showed that, in the teachers' speech, there is a strong feature of practicism, in which the action over reflection is emphasized, as well as practice over theory, against the principles announced in its design. The teachers prioritized practical aspects, preferring activities focused on "How to do" and the study of examples, in detriment of reflection moments that could allow a review of the practice itself by the teacher based on theoretical debate of concepts. PNAIC.Como parte de la investigación de maestría cuyo enfoque fue investigar la formación continuada en El Pacto Nacional por la Alfabetización en la Edad Adecuada (PNAIC), implantado en el 2012 como acuerdo formal entre los gobiernos federal, estaduales y municipales con el objetivo de alfabetizar a todos los niños hasta los ocho años de edad, el presente artigo busca discutir puntos destacados por profesores que participaron en el curso sobre la formación vivida. Delimitado en la perspectiva cualitativa de investigación, el estudio se basó en el análisis de los documentos oficiales que orientan la formación propuesta por el PNAIC, así como en el análisis de entrevistas semiestructuradas a profesores de la municipalidad de una ciudad del sur del estado de Minas Gerais, los cuales participaron en la formación entre los años 2013 y 2016. Aunque la investigación evidenció otras cuestiones, en este artículo buscamos discutir la fuerte marca de practicismo observada en el habla de los entrevistados, lo que revela que en el proceso de formación y a diferencia de lo que anunciaba la propuesta oficial, la práctica fue priorizada en detrimento de la teoría, privilegiando actividades dirigidas al «cómo hacer» y al estudio de ejemplos en perjuicio de la posibilidad de promover momentos de reflexión que permitiesen tanto la ampliación de conocimientos por parte de los profesores como la revisión de la propia práctica a partir del debate de concepciones. PNAIC.Parte da pesquisa cujo foco foi investigar a formação continuada no Pacto Nacional pela Alfabetização na Idade Certa – PNAIC, implantado em 2012 como acordo formal entre os governos federal, estaduais e municipais objetivando a alfabetização de todas as crianças até os oito anos de idade, o presente artigo busca discutir pontos destacados por professores participantes sobre a formação vivenciada. Delimitado na perspectiva qualitativa, a pesquisa se pautou na análise dos documentos oficiais que orientam o PNAIC, no material de apoio utilizado para o processo de formação e em entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas com professoras da rede municipal de uma cidade sul mineira que participaram da formação entre os anos de 2013 e 2016. Ainda que a pesquisa tenha evidenciado outras questões, objetivamos neste artigo discutir a forte marca de praticismo observada na fala dos entrevistados, evidenciando que, no processo de formação, e diferente do que anuncia a proposta oficial, a prática foi priorizada em detrimento da teoria, privilegiando atividades voltadas ao “como fazer” e ao estudo de exemplos em prejuízo da possibilidade de momentos de reflexão que permitissem tanto a ampliação de conhecimentos por parte dos professores, quanto o revisitar da própria prática a partir do debate de concepções.
