An analysis of thesis and dissertations about the pedagogical training special program

Resumo: This paper presents a state of knowledge of theses and dissertations regarding the Special Pedagogical Training Program. An inventory is presented as a result of a mapping carried out in the CAPES Thesis and Dissertations Catalog, in which eight dissertations about the course were founded between 2013 and 2018. Overall, the dissertations present the points of view of students of Pedagogical Training courses, in addition to teachers and course coordinators and even school principals and supervisors. As a result, we saw that the perception of the people involved contradicts the criticisms produced by the academy that this type of teacher training is abridged, therefore without quality. In the end, it is expected that the positive aspects highlighted by the inventory will help to strengthen the Special Pedagogical Training Programs to be consolidated as an effective means of pre-service and/or on the job teacher education.

Se presenta un inventario como resultado de un mapeo realizado en el Catálogo de Tesis y Disertaciones de CAPES, en el que se ubicaron ocho disertaciones sobre el curso entre 2013 y 2018. Como resultados En general, las disertaciones presentan los puntos de vista de los estudiantes de cursos de Formación Pedagógica, además de los maestros y coordinadores de cursos e incluso directores y supervisores escolares. Como resultado, vimos que la percepción de las personas involucradas contradice las críticas producidas por la academia de que este tipo de formación docente se aligera, por lo tanto, sin calidad. Al final, se espera que los aspectos positivos resaltados por el inventario ayuden a fortalecer los Programas Especiales de Capacitación Pedagógica para consolidarse como un medio efectivo de capacitación docente, inicial y/o continua.Este artigo apresenta um estado do conhecimento das teses e dissertações defendidas a respeito do Programa Especial de Formação Pedagógica. Apresenta-se um inventário como resultado de um mapeamento realizado no Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da CAPES, no qual foram localizadas oito dissertações a respeito do curso entre 2013 e 2018. De modo geral, as dissertações apresentando os pontos de vistas de estudantes de cursos de Formação Pedagógica, além de docentes e coordenadores de cursos e até mesmo diretores e supervisores escolares. Como resultado, vimos que a percepção das pessoas envolvidas contrariam as críticas produzidas pela academia de que este tipo de formação docente é aligeirada, portanto sem qualidade.
