Através de inovações ou incorporações de práticas didáticas mais eficientes e eficazes, considerando-se as tecnologias disponíveis, a relação ensino aprendizagem poderia ser beneficiada, o que tornaria o professor mais próximo de seus objetivos como educador e motivador de reflexões, bem como as aulas mais dinâmicas e produtivas. Desta forma, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar como a utilização de vídeos digitais na educação pode contribuir para a motivação, interesse e desenvolvimento de alunos e professores no processo de ensino e aprendizagem, bem como discutir o papel das tecnologias da informação e comunicação na educação. Investiga-se também as metodologias de uso de vídeos como instrumento educativo de um modo geral, além de analisar de que maneira a produção destes recursos pedagógicos contribui para a emancipação do aluno em busca do conhecimento nas disciplinas que cursa. Nesta pesquisa, apresentou-se o estado da arte acerca da utilização de vídeos na educação no Brasil, em que se percebeu que os vídeos digitais proporcionam aos alunos e professores brasileiros maiores oportunidades, no intuito de ajustar o processo de aprendizagem às necessidades individuais e sociais, impondo à escola o fornecimento de uma resposta adequada a esta inovação tecnológicaAbstract: In most classrooms, students yearn to be seduced and motivated by teachers about how knowledge can be transferred. Through innovations or incorporation of more efficient and effective teaching practices, considering the available technologies, the teaching-learning relationship could be benefited, which would make the teacher closer to his goals as an educator and motivator of reflections, as well as more dynamic and productive. Thus, this research aims to investigate how the use of digital videos in education can contribute to the motivation, interest and development of students and teachers in the teaching and learning process, as well as to discuss the role of information and communication technologies in education. It also investigates the methodologies of using videos as an educational tool in general, in addition to analyzing how the production of these pedagogical resources contributes to the emancipation of the student in search of knowledge in the subjects he is studying.
