Resumo: | In order to revert the reality of the acidity of Brazilian soils, the liming technique is employed which, by neutralizing the soil solution, will influence its microbiota. Microorganisms act as an important biological indicator for their ability to respond rapidly to changes in soil and their importance due to the participation of various processes necessary for the good development of crops. Thus, the objective was to evaluate the neutralization capacity of H + ions, that is, the potential acidity of different agricultural correctives and the action of this change in the microbial population to this application over time. For this, the superficial layer of a clay soil was collected and by liming the treatments were applied: T1 - Witness; T2 - conventional calcitic limestone; T3 - If Power Nano; T4 - Se Power Bio in each experimental unit (pvc cylinder), with 4 repetitions. Samples for microbiological analysis were collected before treatment application and at 30, 60, 90 and 120 days after application. 10g of soil were weighed at every 5cm depth and diluted serially at 10-4 from which a 0.1 mL aliquite was removed and disposed under BDA medium. Colony forming units counts were performed at 3 days for bacteria, 5 days for fungi and after 10 days of incubation for both. The Se Power Bio product excelled the others in promoting microbial development, enabling its recommendation, thus benefiting the producer regarding crop management, productivity and profitability. |
